Full Color® Cards
An Original Deck consists of 125 Full Color® Cards of 4 Color Suits & 1 White Suit each with 25 cards per suit to create 5 different card sets for you to choose from below in every game of FreeCell.
Each “Card Set” defines the total number of ranks in each suit and therefore:
- Full Color® Golf 13 • Levels 1 & 2 uses a 13 Card Set with 13 cards per suit • 65 cards to sort
- Full Color® Golf 16 • Levels 3 & 4 uses a 16 Card Set with 16 cards per suit • 80 cards to sort
- Full Color® Golf 19 • Levels 5 & 6 uses a 19 Card Set with 19 cards per suit • 95 cards to sort
- Full Color® Golf 22. • Levels 7 & 8 uses a 22 Card Set with 22 cards per suit • 110 cards to sort
- Full Color® Golf 25 • Levels 9 & 10 uses a 25 Card Set with 25 cards per suit • 125 cards to sort
Each Card Set consists of a Level with “Undo” and a second Level with “No Undo”.
It doesn’t take long to realize that each increase in a card set is proportionately more challenging to play and win. Some games can be won in under 2 minutes while others can take well over an hour to solve depending on your degree of experience and mastery of play.

GAME COMPONENTS
All components are the same in the 13, 16, 19, 22 & 25 Card Sets!
GAME RULES
- The goal of Full Color® Golf is to remove all of the cards off the tabletop plus all of the white cards out of the stock pile as fast and efficiently as possible.
- Every game of Full Color® Golf Suit uses a single deck of Full Color® Cards regardless of which Card Set you choose to play.
- Game play consists of moving all of the colored cards in the tableaus in a one by one fashion into the “hole” foundation in a +1 or -1 sequential ranking order regardless of their colored suit.
- White cards are “free cards” and can be removed from the tabletop and the stock pile by being placed in the Any White Card™ Foundation as soon as they become a top card or are dealt out into the game without any numerical or sequential restrictions.
- You start the game by moving any colored card off of the tabletop into the Waste pile to start your sequence. You generally will choose a card that will start a run of cards off of the tabletop. (e.g. You might start with moving the blue 3 first, then (+1) would be the purple 4, then (+1) would be the orange 5, then (-1) would be the orange 4, then (+1) would be the purple 5 as seen in the picture below. You would then need a 4 or a 6 to be (-1 or +1) to continue and since there aren’t any more cards to move, you must then draw another card from the stock pile.
- Once you draw another card from the Stock pile into the Waste pile, you start the sequence of removing cards from the tabletop off again one by one in the same order as described above.
- Once you reach the high card in the Card Set you’re playing in, you can NOT go backwards (-1) and as the sequence STOPS and forces you to draw another card from Stock to continue, so be careful when you use any card that is -1 from the High Card if you want to keep going.
- Once you play a 1 card, you can however go back up to the 2 card unlike the end of a high card being able to go in reverse back down.
- You win the game when you achieve a “Hole in One”, which is what it is called when you have emptied the stock and moved all of the cards off of the tabletop into the Waste pile (one hole).
- If you remove all of the cards but one, you win an “Eagle” bonus. If you leave 2 cards, you win a “Birdie” bonus. If you leave 3 cards, you win a “Par” bonus. If you leave 4 cards, you win a “Bogey” bonus. If you leave 5 or more cards, you lose the game and get no win bonus at all
- Use Gestures and Touch / Tap Preferences to Undo, Redo and Automove cards to obtain the highest scores, shortest time and fewest possible moves.
- Check your Scoring against others around the world in the Competition section.

GAME SCORING
A player’s final score is based on these three factors that are common across all card sets and all levels!
The key to getting the highest scores, rising up the leaderboards, winning achievements, awards, competitions and real money is understanding how the Full Color® Solitaire game scoring system works.
NUMBER OF MOVES
One of the keys to obtaining the highest possible scores in a game is the efficiency in which you play the game. This efficiency is revealed in the number of moves that it takes you to complete a game. You can actually solve a game faster than someone else but end up with a lower score because you made too many moves in the end as you are penalized for each and every move you make and worse, the types of moves you make.
If you can move a card from a tableau to a tableau to free up and move another card or stack of cards below it, you will only have points deducted for a single move. If you move a card to a open cell and back or to a tableau or discard pile and back you will have points deducted for each move you make. Be careful how fast you move your cards as time is important, but inefficient moves reduce your final score quickly.
SPEED OF PLAY
A player is penalized -5 points per second from the beginning of the play until they either Win or Surrender the game which locks in their final score. The more time you sit and think about what card or stacks or cards to move, the more points you lose in all games that are in Competition Mode. Naturally, the faster you can play the game, the higher your score is going to be at the end because you didn’t lose any points due to any wasted time. In summary, speed is paramount in obtaining high scores but precision moves are too!
BONUS FOR WINNING
If you should succeed in winning a game you will be awarded a sizable bonus based on the Level of play you are on. The higher the card set and complexity to win, the higher the bonus!
