MISSING YOUR PURCHASED GAMES OR FEATURES?

A single button can restore all your in-app-purchases!

         

If you believe you are missing your purchases, there is a super simple fix.  

Simply go to the Home page  → touch the App Store button → touch the Restore button.  Everything that is missing should automatically restore itself in a few moments.

If it does not, thent here can be a myriad of reasons why.  Let's look rule all the reasons why first and if those aren't the issues, we'll show you how to do a single 1-button restore to get them all back!

1. Make sure you have an internet connection.
2. Check the Login button on the home page.  Purchased items may be missing if you're not logged in.
3. Did you buy a new device and fail to transfer your app?
4. Are you logged into your iCloud account from Apple?
5. Did you restore your device from an Apple backup?

If that does not fix it, you can go to the Submit a Ticket page and send us a support ticket request and we'll get you back to playing as quickly as possible!!!
